Today I finally broke through my week long fuzziness of a wee cold that turned into brutal allergies.

So simple: lots of hot hot coffee, a double dose of Allegra D, four Sudafed, three Advil, a One-a-Day, a B12,  two C's, a dizzingly hard workout while sipping a diet Pepsi and listening to Surfer Rosa (although really I felt a little dizzy before I started exercising), and lastly, my old friend, Makers rocks.

Cured! Done!

And, duh, no co-pay required for a doctor.
