She wants to move

I was on the treadmill at the hotel gym and it looked out to the pool which had a big sign that read 'No Lifeguard On Duty! No Running!' (but I did anyway for 30 minutes while listening to the iPod mix of many cool beats including 'She Wants To Move' --the only good song on the whole 'Fly or Die' album?)
