My dock started to make my whole computer crash. It is a heart stopping event to have your computer screen suddenly be blue and read: "Fatal Error!" Apple is sending me a new dock. "Just throw your current dock away," the friendly representative said on the phone today.

Also, the port on my iPod (you know, the slot that you use to plug into cables, docks, portable speakers, etc.) suddenly does not have a secure connection. Those nice people at Apple are sending me a brand new iPod.
