Below that barricade is a big water slough that doubles as a junky hangout. Skinny girl in her 20's maybe always hanging out down there. Her handbag is fancy but her clothes are rags. Shabby chic. There's a board up where the hole in the fence used to be. Did she get out before the board went up? I stood on the corner looking down at it wondering. I gave a large hairy man all in black some change when I was waiting for the light to change and he was just waiting. Maybe for change. I said "I've got some change, do you want it?" Don't assume. Dropped it in his hand and it included a dog treat by accident. He said it was okay.
