Make more

To ignite anew my art practice after a mini-break, I gave myself a new "obstruction." (I'm using the language of one of my favorite films about art making: The Five Obstructions).

1. all cuts from one magazine
2. tear out each page, in order
3. cut out one piece per page
4. once pile of cuts is of adequate size, make a work
5. not all cuts need to be used if piece is deemed done, but...
6. use all cuts eventually

So far I've made three collages from the Spring 2007 issue of FLAUNT magazine.
