I had that terrible kind of sleep last night where you are sort of asleep, sort of awake, but never quite tranquil. And my mind was racing with this (nonsense):

when my mom was 17 she had a newborn
wish I was going to Italy with Lonnie for our birthday

her and Nate should just get it on already

Conclusion: no coffee, diet Pepsi, or sugar-free Red Bull's (or combination thereof) after 8p seems like a good policy.
